The right fit for local premises
Sorrell Window Cleaning is set up for small and medium local sites rather than high-rise or huge multi-storey contracts. Dan can quote for shops, offices, gyms, salons, schools, care homes and similar single or two-storey premises.
- Shopfronts, doors and display glass
- Office windows and internal partitions
- Gyms, salons and other customer-facing premises
- Schools and care homes where the access and insurance requirements are suitable
The owner does the work
Dan handles the quote, communication and cleaning himself. The same person who agrees the job is the person who turns up, works around the site and is accountable for the result. He arrives looking smart and ready to work around staff, customers and visitors without making the premises look untidy.
Inside and outside glass
Exterior windows can usually be cleaned safely from the ground with purified water and a water-fed pole. Interior glass, entrance doors, partitions, mirrors and detailed shopfront panes are cleaned with traditional tools where that gives better control and a sharper finish.
Cleaning when the business needs it
Visits can be arranged for early mornings, normal daytime hours, quieter trading periods, evenings or weekends. Overnight work is not offered. The frequency is flexible too: some shopfronts need weekly cleaning while lower-traffic sites may only need monthly or once every three months.
Insurance and safety paperwork
Sorrell Window Cleaning currently holds £1 million public liability insurance and can email the certificate when required. Some larger organisations insist on £3 million or more; Dan will be upfront if the site's requirement is above the current cover. A site-specific risk assessment, method statement and relevant COSHH product information can also be prepared when needed.
Proper invoices for your records
After the clean, a dated business invoice is emailed to the company or person responsible for payment. It includes the details needed to identify the customer, the work completed and the amount due, making it straightforward for the owner, office manager or accounts team to process.
What to send for a useful quote
For a straightforward site, clear photos are often enough to start. Larger or more involved premises may need a quick visit before the price and cleaning method are confirmed.
- Photos of the outside and any internal glass to be included
- The site address, number of storeys and access points
- Opening hours and any busy periods or deliveries to work around
- How often you would like the windows cleaned
- Any insurance level, safety paperwork or invoicing requirements
