Dan brings his own purified water, so your outside tap is not needed. From the ground, the reach-and-wash pole cleans the glass, frames, vents, sills and doors before everything is rinsed and left to dry clear. Conservatory side windows are normally included, and most Velux or awkward upper windows can be reached safely; send photos if access looks unusual.
You can choose regular visits every 4, 6 or 8 weeks without feeling locked in. If you are unsure between 4 and 8 weeks, Dan can message when the 4-week visit is due and you can keep it or wait another 4 weeks if the windows are still clean. Some customers choose 4-weekly cleans in summer and 8-weekly in winter. If you are already booked in for a clean tomorrow, Dan will text you the night before. If he fails to send that promised message, the clean is free. This applies to both regular and one-off cleans; a job arranged on the same day cannot have a previous-night reminder. Dan normally cleans the front first so he does not suddenly appear in the back garden.

The exact price depends on the property, window layout, access and whether it is a first or maintenance clean. If he is already working nearby and you get in touch early, he can often fit in a same-day clean, although it cannot be promised every time.
