If Dan fails to send that promised night-before text, the clean is free. This applies to both regular and one-off cleans. A job arranged on the same day cannot have a previous-night reminder.

On compatible phones you can use a saved payment method such as Apple Pay, so there is no need to type in bank details or open a banking app. Bank transfer, cash and Direct Debit for regular cleaning are still available if preferred.

Usually no. As long as Dan can access the gutters and use a suitable power socket, the work can be completed while the customer is out.

No outside tap is needed for gutter clearing. Dan does need access to electricity through an outside plug or an arranged inside plug, and he brings his own extension lead.
